Going from 10.14.3 to 10.14.4 caused the Bluetooth to stop working on a system level/hardware level on my 2018 MacBook Pro. SMC reboot and OS re installs did not fix, sent in for repair after going to apple store. Give this one a wait, o one needs apple news + right now
